Lady Sarah's Table celebrates, preserves, and elevates Caribbean food traditions through intimate dining experiences that connect people to culture, memory, and place. Caribbean food is often described as rustic or simple. Yet these dishes carry generations of knowledge, resilience, creativity, and celebration. We find variations of many of the same foods throughout the Caribbean and the Southern United States—each connected by deep cultural roots that trace back to the African continent. Our menu honours those traditions while exploring how they may be interpreted through a contemporary lens.
