Rooted & Renewed is a sacred pause—a full-day wellness retreat designed for persons seeking restoration, inspiration, and grounding in nature. The day begins with a warm icebreaker session, followed by gentle yoga, a guided farm tour, and calming activities like therapeutic painting, quiet journaling, and sips at the tea and juice bar. A nourishing and leisurely three-course lunch made with love and local ingredients completes the experience. With each retreat spotlighting a practical, hands-on skill—from gardening and natural remedies to creative enterprise—Rooted & Renewed becomes more than just a day of rest. It’s a platform to reconnect with the land, themselves, and each other while planting seeds for future growth—personally and professionally. Weather Conditions: In the event of severe weather, we prioritise the safety and comfort of our guests. If weather conditions are unfavourable, we will contact you directly to reschedule your tour or offer a full refund—whichever you prefer. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to manage our tours effectively and offer your spot to other guests. Cancellations: For cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice, a full refund will be provided. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour may not be eligible for a refund.
