If weather conditions are unfavourable, we will contact you directly to reschedule your tour or offer a full refund—whichever you prefer. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to manage our tours effectively and offer your spot to other guests. Cancellations: For cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice, a full refund will be provided. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour may not be eligible for a refund.
